Information you give us: if you email us or sign up to a mailing list, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Gameplay & device data: our games may collect non-identifying technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, crash reports, and in-game progress, in order to run, save, and improve the game.
Store & platform data: when you download or purchase a game, the relevant platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, Nintendo eShop) processes your purchase and may share aggregate or limited data with us in accordance with their terms. We do not receive your full payment details.
Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our Services are used in aggregate.

3. How we use information

To operate, save, and synchronise your game progress;
To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve balance and design;
To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
To send updates you have asked to receive (you can opt out at any time);
To comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our Services (such as hosting, analytics, and distribution platforms), and only to the extent needed to provide the Services, or where required by law.
